The Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking publishes calls for tender for the supply of goods and services.
Interested economic operators need to apply to a procurement procedure or respond to a call for expressions of interest to be preselected as a potential candidate for restricted invitations to tender.
Global Health EDCTP3 will not respond to unsolicited submissions.
Currently there are two open calls:
1.SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking inter-institutional open call for tenders: Legal and operational support to data protection activities (ref. S3JU/2024/OP/0002)
• Lot 1: Operational support to data protection activities
• Lot 2: Specialised legal services on data protection

2.Call for expressions of interests: EU Data protection online central register services
Under Regulation (EU) 2018/17252, the Joint Undertakings, as separate controllers, shall maintain a record of the processing activities under its responsibility in a central register. In addition, for reasons of transparency, the Joint Undertakings shall make the register publicly accessible (article 31(5)). The contractor must provide and maintain a tool to serve the purpose of central on-line register of records of activities processing personal data (the “on-line register”) that should be adapted to the needs of the Joint Undertakings
